TRAINING
Upskilling
A tool nobody knows how to use produces nothing. Training isn't an accessory to deployment: it's what decides whether the tool gets used at all.
The problem this solves
After an assistant is deployed, usage almost always follows the same curve: strong curiosity for the first two weeks, then a collapse. The cause is rarely the tool. It's that people were shown what the technology can do, without ever starting from the real work of the people in the room.
Our approach
- Differentiated programs: what an executive committee needs isn't what an operations team needs.
- Working on your real cases, with your own documents — no generic exercises.
- Learning the limits as much as the capabilities: spotting a plausible but wrong answer is the single most valuable skill.
- Governance reflexes built in: what should never be entered into an external tool, and why.
What you get
- Sessions run in person or remotely, in groups of up to twelve people.
- Course materials built around your own use cases, reusable in-house.
- A prompt library tailored to your business, maintained by your teams after the engagement.
- An internal usage charter, drafted with you and understandable without legal training.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is your training eligible for funding?
Funding arrangements depend on your country's professional training funding body (in France, the OPCO) and the scheme used. We tell you what's available for your situation during scoping, without promising funding we don't control.
How long does a training program last?
Half a day for an executive awareness session, two days for an operational business program, more when training accompanies the deployment of a tool. The format is set after reviewing the real use cases.
Are technical prerequisites needed to attend the training?
None for the business and executive programs. Knowing how to use standard office software is enough. Programs aimed at technical teams do assume some development experience.
Does the AI Act require training employees on AI?
The regulation requires that people tasked with using these systems have a sufficient level of proficiency for their use case. It's not a catalog of mandatory hours, but an obligation of result: you must be able to demonstrate that your teams understand what they're working with.
